Sealing Films for PCR

Description

Single use films, in either clear polypropylene or polyester, and aluminum foils provide exceptional sealing across the entire plate during transportation or storage.

When used in conjunction with a silicone compression mat, well to well contamination and cross-over in PCR applications is virtually eliminated. Ultraclear film is available to provide the optimal clarity required for real-time applications. For multiple use, 96-well PlugMats™ seal each well during the PCR process.

SPNSFFT-LPE

• Dimensions: 125 x 80mm, not including end tabs
• Larger cut, designed for flat-top plates
• Longer full width end-tabs for easier handling

SNSFRR-SPE

• Dimensions: 118 x 78mm, not including end tabs
• Smaller cut, designed for raised rim plates
• Longer end-tabs for easier handling

SNSFCR-LPP

• Dimensions: 123 x 80mm, not including end tabs
• Optimal chemical resistance, minimal residue on removal
• Larger cut, original film

Recommended Temperature Range for all films: -40°C to +120°C
